Apt 2 – Bath – Needs to be re-grouted! Cleaning won’t do it!
Apt 2- Bath – Glass Doors beyond lifespan & no longer stay on track (dangerous!). Suggest removing completely and let tenants hang curtain rod (they even suggested it).
Apt 2 – Lauren’ BR- Linear Ceiling cracks probably in-line with joists (Are you storing anything up there? ie losts of weight or just house settling?)

Apt 2 – Under Kitchen Sink… cabinet continues to warp… most likely from leakage or spillage. Not wet at all at time of photo.
Apt 2 – Kitchen Window. Tenant claims gets very wet if leave window open during rainstorm. From outside, appears gutter is clogged with Debrie in an inside corner directly above.
Apt1 – some cracks in plaster starting to appear due to house settling.

Apt 1 – Gutter appears clogged just above 2window bump-out causing lots of water running down bldg and possibly into basement. Need to fix and repaint top/down.
